Great view, but I don't really like photos that has been destroyed with too much saturation.. (sorry, but I see it every day)

This is a p.s., but I decided to make it before my comment: :twocents:

Neat snapshot. Seeing some of your work, I'd expect something not so brashly over-saturated. It makes the photo hard to look at--your yellows and reds are so intense here that they blend together and you're losing a lot of critical contours and shades that would REALLY make this picture pop. The sharpness is a bit unsettling, too. It's neat, don't get me wrong, to be able to see the definition so crisp in every. single. tree branch. But it seems unnecessary. The composition isn't nearly as strong as the ones you've got displayed in the thumbnails here-- the weight is all on the right side and my eyes just kind of skim off to the left and out of the frame. I'm just a front-page passer-byer and was curious what this was doing up there. This isn't your best work. It looks over-photoshoped (and I understand that photos like this are sometimes never even put through any sort of post-processing, and that the lighting was indeed that bright and saturated [I've had it happen too]). Maybe you were just trying to throw a series together quickly (I noticed the "pt. V." in the title), maybe not, I don't know. But still, this picture turned me on to the rest of your gallery. =D
